Dance of the Little Shepherds by Sabato Foglia
The music tells the "traditional" Christmas story found in the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 2: 1-15. It describes the environs of Bethlehem on Christmas Eve, and the appearing of the Angels to the shepherds; and upon hearing the good news, the shepherds dance all the way to the stable where the Christ-child is. The first 36 measures are background to a voice-over (not heard here, because it would be spoken and the computer does not articulate words.) This particular one is a PIANO version. Later I will upload the full orchestra version.
